OT - Community Rehabilitation Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Liverpool-based team, providing community-based rehabilitation services to patients.

This role offers a great opportunity for a Band 5/6 Occupational Therapist looking to specialise in community rehabilitation, with flexible working hours and a competitive salary.

Salary: £42,624 - £54,907 per annum (pro-rata for part-time), Estimated Annual Salary:** £29,339.60 - £37,759.12 (based on 20 hours/week)

The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality community-based rehabilitation services, assessing, planning, and implementing therapy interventions for patients in their home or community environment.

Maintaining accurate and timely documentation is essential in this role, adhering to professional and legal requirements.

  3. Assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions for patients in their home or community environment.
  4. Support patients with their recovery, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.
