Job Overview

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Trauma Risk Management Coordinator and Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our staff support offer, you will play a vital role in promoting Trauma Risk Management (TRiM) with staff teams, ensuring timely responses to incidents, and reporting on TRiM operations to senior leaders.

Main Duties
  • Coordinate TRiM promotion and implementation across our services
  • Provide operational, logistical, and supervisory support to TRiM Practitioners
  • Train new practitioners and provide refreshing training and supervision
  • Collaborate with our Trust-wide staff support hub and other TRiM pilots
  • Develop and maintain reports on TRiM activity and contribute to strategic planning
Requirements
  • Relevant professional qualification and registration
  • Experience working in challenging environments and high-stress situations
  • Awareness of trauma and staff support roles
  • Desirable: specific TRiM training and experience in forensic settings
