We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Site Manager to join our team at FBR Construction Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a site in the Cambridge region, covering one of our client's successful retirement living projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow the programme set by the manager during the cover.
  • Maintain health and safety standards.
  • Oversee and manage trades.
  • Report to senior management as and when needed.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
  • Experience in housing-type projects.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
