We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Site Manager to join our team at FBR Construction Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a site in the Cambridge region, covering one of our client's successful retirement living projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the programme set by the manager during the cover.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
- Oversee and manage trades.
- Report to senior management as and when needed.
Requirements:
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
- Experience in housing-type projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
