Job Title: Subcontract Carpenter for New Build Housing Projects

We are seeking an experienced and skilled subcontract carpenter to join our team for new build housing projects in the Northstowe area. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of site carpentry, including roofing and 1st fix. The ideal candidate will have experience fitting attic truss roofs and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake all aspects of site carpentry, including roofing and 1st fix
  • Fitting attic truss roofs
  • Working independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintaining a high level of work quality and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid CSCS card
  • Be CIS compliant
  • Have own transport
  • Have relevant qualifications and experience in carpentry
