Job Description

The ideal candidate will have worked as either a SSM/SM on traditional build housing schemes/high volume and has experience of taking units from foundation to handovers.

Our client is an established housing developer with over 25 years experience who is able to offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from foundation to handover
  • Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure profitability

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
