Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a regional business growth strategy to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry and its challenges.

Salary Range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
