Shaw Healthcare is a leading provider of care services, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Team Leader to join our team at Figbury Lodge.

As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff and ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement care plans, and will be responsible for ensuring that our residents' needs are met.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, and who has a strong commitment to our values of compassion, respect, and excellence. You will need to have previous experience working in a care setting, and will be required to hold a relevant qualification such as a QCF 3 in Health and Social Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with our management team
  • Ensure that our residents' needs are met and that their care is tailored to their individual requirements
  • Work closely with our management team to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Provide support and guidance to our care staff to ensure that they are able to deliver high-quality care
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a care setting
  • Relevant qualification such as a QCF 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to our values of compassion, respect, and excellence
