About the Role:- Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of excellence in care delivery.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the home, overseeing all aspects of resident care, staff management, and financial performance.
- Collaborate closely with local healthcare professionals, GPs, and families to deliver personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
