Residential Team Leader Role at Shaw Healthcare

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Team Leader to join our team at Figbury Lodge. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents and ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to provide person-centered care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in residential care, preferably with older adults
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards
