About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, benefits, and taxes to employees across the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in payroll management, with a strong understanding of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and verify payroll data for EMEA before sending it to the payroll team.
  • Send over Time and Attendance information to payroll partners.
  • Prepare payment files for salaries, benefits, and taxes (like PAYE, NI, Pensions, Medical, etc.).
  • Manage pension and medical benefits for different countries, and work with Compensation & Benefits and Finance when needed.
  • Review payroll reports carefully and identify any discrepancies.
  • Approve payrolls by communicating with payroll bureaus and third-party vendors.
  • Update SAP data with employee details and test payment uploads before payday (if using SAP).
  • Create payment templates for new starters, medical joiners, and pension joiners. Check in with bureaus and vendors to get the new tax rates and tables for the new year.
  • Monitor SLAs with payroll bureaus for your countries and participate in regular vendor calls.

Requirements:

  • EMEA Payroll Experience required.
  • Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years' hands-on payroll experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
