About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Case Executive. As a key member of our Restructuring Services team, you will be responsible for supporting senior colleagues with the progression of Members' Voluntary Liquidation (MVL) assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting senior colleagues in the completion of MVLs
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Preparing client reports, internal review documents, and letters
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with monitoring compliance and risk procedures
  • Adhering to statutory deadlines
  • Providing general administrative support to senior members of the team using MS Office and specialist insolvency software
  • Liaising with creditors and dealing with creditor claims
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post

Requirements

  • No previous restructuring experience is required
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
  • Analytical skills to think critically and solve problems
  • Ability to identify issues through sound analysis and application of commercial acumen
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid workplace
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Desire to help the team and wider firm grow
  • Proficient and competent in using MS Office
  • Minimum Grade C (Grade 5) or equivalent in GCSE Maths and English
  • Minimum upper second-class degree or higher
