Job Summary

Clyde & Co is seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Associate/Associate to join our esteemed Employers and Public Liability team within the Casualty region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a varied workload, working closely with clients, and supporting the Partners in servicing existing clients, growing new business, and maintaining relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the team to handle complex EL/PL and litigation matters, both autonomously and as part of a team approach.
  • Draft and review legal documents, providing expert advice to clients.
  • Assist in the development of new business acquisition, working closely with team Partners.
  • Supervise junior members of the team, providing guidance and support.
  • Support marketing and business development activity, working closely with the team.
