Associate Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Brandon James Ltd, a renowned construction and property consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Associate Quantity Surveyor to join its dynamic Birmingham-based team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial office, education, hotel, leisure, and retail schemes. As a key support to a partner in the firm, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will oversee projects in a client-facing role while being assisted by a group of junior surveyors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing projects from inception to completion
  • Providing expert advice and support to clients
  • Mentoring and developing junior surveyors
  • Engaging in business development and networking opportunities
Requirements:
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • A successful track record delivering projects
  • Strong pre and post contract experience
  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards
  • The desire to get involved in line management and business development
