Caregiving Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Assisting Hands Home Care. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status
- Follow care plans and work closely with the care team
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PCA or CNA certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
