We are seeking an experienced Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Wolf Healthcare. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic care and support to young people with social, psychological, behavioural, and mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and inspiring environment for young people from traumatic backgrounds.
- Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Support young people in achieving their goals and promoting positive outcomes.
- Participate in shift work, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
