About the role
Supporting vulnerable children in a residential setting
Affinity Care Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join their team in Redditch. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting
- Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
- Participating in the safe and efficient delivery of care to residents
Requirements:
- Educated to GCSE level (Grade C or above)
- Commitment to undertaking NVQ Level 3 Caring for Children and Young People
- At least 21 years of age, and at least 4 years older than the oldest child accommodated in the home
