About the Position

We're looking for a Growth & Events Development Manager to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of our growth and development team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence globally.

In this exciting opportunity, you'll drive creativity and innovation, while contributing to company-wide initiatives that will propel Forsyth Barnes to new heights.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Drive creativity and innovation, while contributing to company-wide initiatives that will propel Forsyth Barnes to new heights.
  • Managing marketing campaigns, creating promotional material (presentation decks, booklets) and actively researching the market to improve brand.
  • Supporting business with lead management of target clients and email campaigns.
  • Co-ordinating and executing events – from brief to delivery.

**About Us:** We're a close-knit, sociable culture that offers a clear, fast track progression path from day one with clear targets and objectives to achieve and reach your promotion. The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience + quarterly bonus.
