Job Summary:

Spencer & James is seeking a highly skilled Disrepair Supervisor to oversee reactive repairs within social housing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of operatives, ensuring high-quality work, and managing material costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of operatives, supporting their development and ensuring staffing levels align with service demands.
  • Oversee repairs teams to consistently achieve performance goals, ensuring excellent service delivery and high-quality work.
  • Conduct inspections, review inspection reports, analyze key performance indicators, and evaluate customer satisfaction surveys to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Effectively manage material costs and ensure all team members follow established processes and procedures.
  • Manage work schedules in accordance with company protocols, standards, and Service Level Agreements.

Essential Requirements:

  • SSSTS certification
  • Proven experience in disrepair supervising
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
