About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Wellbeing Hwb Day Therapy Service Lead to join our team at St Kentigern Hospice. In this vital role, you will lead the delivery of holistic care to patients with life-limiting conditions, ensuring that they receive the highest level of support and compassion.

You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement care plans, focusing on the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each patient.

This role requires exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive and supportive team culture.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN)
  • Palliative Care Qualification
  • Experience:
  • At least 18 months' experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care in a palliative care setting
