About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Civil Engineer to join our team at Anglian Water Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering our capital investment programme and driving change in our design processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide design support for non-infrastructure schemes and ensure all designs meet current legislation and standards.
  • Review and check civil design deliverables produced by other engineers to ensure adherence to processes and procedures.
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project solutions provide best value for business.
  • Deliver projects as a civil engineer and contribute to the development of new technologies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, and a proven track record in design and integration of civil process systems. You will also have experience in mentoring and coaching junior engineers and the ability to work with people from different backgrounds and disciplines.
