Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team at Equinox. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary in the range of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all club facilities, including exercise equipment, locker rooms, and storage areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the proper operations of the department.
Requirements
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
  • Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred.
  • Ability to service athletic equipment and previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.
