About the Role
The Door Host/ess is a key member of our Guest Service Operations team, responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests upon arrival and departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clear communication with front desk staff, bellhops, and other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Welcome guests with a friendly and hospitable greeting, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
- Open doors for guests as they enter and exit the building, providing a courteous and efficient experience.
- Assist in managing vehicular and pedestrian traffic at the entrance to ensure safety and order.
- Regularly inspect the entrance area to ensure it is clean, presentable, and free of hazards.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently and professionally.
