Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer to join our team at Greenhead College in Kirklees. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our technology strategy, ensuring that our students have access to the latest technology and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our technology strategy, ensuring alignment with our college's vision and goals.
  • Oversee the management of our technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Collaborate with our teaching staff to integrate technology into our curriculum, enhancing student learning outcomes.
  • Develop and manage our budget for technology, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Good honours degree in Music Technology or Music, with a significant component of Music Technology.
  • Teaching qualification and experience in teaching Music Technology at A-level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading teams and managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and external partners.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations.
