Academic Support Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and flexible Cover Supervisor to join our vibrant secondary school in Maidstone, Kent. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting students across various subjects during teacher absences, ensuring academic continuity and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality support to students during lessons, using pre-prepared materials to deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Apply the school's Behaviour Policy to promote a safe and inclusive learning environment, fostering positive relationships with students and staff alike.
• Assist teachers with homework assignments, helping students to deepen their understanding of the curriculum and achieve academic success.
Requirements
• Strong initiative and effective classroom management skills, enabling you to motivate and engage students in learning.
• Flexibility and teamwork, with a passion for education and supporting young learners to achieve their full potential.
What We Offer
• A competitive salary range of £17,848-£18,560 pro-rata (£24,140-£25,102 FTE), reflecting your value to our team and commitment to delivering exceptional education.
