A forward-thinking Office Manager is required by a niche SME within the financial services industry to manage their operations.

This role is a critical component within the organisation, offering support across the business relating to accounting, technology, HR and office administration.

The successful candidate will be a self-directed individual with a curious and inquisitive mindset, excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate the big picture into tangible results.

Key responsibilities include:

Accounting responsibilities:

  • Manage invoicing and accounting to support the accountant
  • Maintain spreadsheets and ensure accurate financial reporting

Additional responsibilities:

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance

The ideal candidate will have a degree-level education and proven experience in a similar role, with expertise in Xero, accounting, Sharepoint and Excel.

They will also possess strong practical financial knowledge, including financial reporting and accounting.
