Business Development Representative London

National Corporate Housing is a global leader in providing temporary housing program management for business travel and corporate relocations. Our vision is to be the most admired and respected company in the industry. We're seeking a Business Development Representative to promote our services to new and existing clients in London.

This role involves working with a market team to strategically focus sales efforts on generating profitable business opportunities. You'll use a consultative selling approach to understand clients' strategic initiatives and create maximum economic impact for their organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue through new business opportunities
  • Grow existing client revenue through presenting all product and service lines
  • Manage and implement referral and strategic property management programs
  • Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles and client portfolios effectively
  • Maintain all sales activity and sales cycle progress in CRM

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years professional sales experience
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to offer and implement creative solutions in the selling process
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts and responsibilities
