As a Sales Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maximising business opportunities and achieving sales targets
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships internally and externally
- Negotiating and closing sales deals from viewing to close
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum
Key RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least six months to one year of experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- High level of customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
