At Finders Keepers Ltd., we're seeking an experienced Estate Agency Administration Specialist to join our team in Milton Keynes.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to provide exceptional administrative support to our colleagues and ensure timely delivery of tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our People Services Administration team to achieve SLA targets, provide high-quality administration support, and ensure a positive experience for colleagues across designated business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver administrative tasks efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines and ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- To maintain accurate records, documents, and data inputs, ensuring attention to detail and quality checks.
- To work closely with team members to provide support and assistance where needed, promoting a collaborative and flexible approach.
