Job Description
We are seeking talented estate agents to join our team as Territory Managers under our franchise model. As a key figure in your local market, you will have full control over your agenda and be supported by a close-knit regional team. Your main responsibilities will include generating quality leads, building relationships with clients, and driving business growth.
Salary and Benefits
We estimate an annual salary of around £50,000-£60,000, depending on performance and experience. Additional benefits include flexible working hours, autonomy to run your own business, and multiple revenue streams such as referral fees for partnered conveyancers and sister company Scout Financial Services.
