About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and light housework
- Accompany clients to appointments and activities
- Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client's needs or living conditions
Requirements
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of care principles and practices
