Job SummaryWe are seeking a Director of Talent Development to join our team at LEK. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving employee growth and development through the development and delivery of training programs.
Key Responsibilities- Developing new training experiences based on future talent and business needs
- Managing the L&D Steering Committee
- Working closely with senior leadership to set the direction for employee development
- Significant experience in adult learning, instructional design, and training experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Strong commercial acumen and navigating business dynamics
- Ability to plan and manage multiple competing priorities and projects simultaneously
- Fluent English (C2)
- Coaching certification
Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include flexible working, travel opportunities, and professional development.
