Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that properties are maintained and managed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including maintenance, repairs, resident and portfolio client relations.
  • Support the development and implementation of property management plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records and financial reports for the portfolio of properties.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance measures.
  • Respond to resident inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance projects.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the properties to our portfolio clients.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented approach.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
