Director of Operations

Join VCTC as we scale up our operations and seek an ambitious Director of Operations to support our growing team.
About the RoleWe are a clinical trial site conducting virtual and decentralised clinical trials, and we need an experienced leader to drive our operations forward.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all operations meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards of service and product delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact on operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on operational performance using key metrics and KPIs.
- Education: MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or a commensurate amount of experience.
- Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operations and a growing team in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a complex or disruptive field.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in operational software and tools.
