Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an administrative team to provide a high-quality service to colleagues across the University.
  • Manage and maintain accurate data relating to programmes of study, including course structures and validation documentation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of administration activities.
  • Line manage a team of professional staff, promoting a culture of flexibility, excellence, and customer care.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to improve administrative efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Substantial proven administrative experience, preferably within a Higher Education Institution.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft products, databases, spreadsheets, and word-processing.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to create successful working relationships with a wide range of people.
  • Minimum of a Degree or equivalent, or proven experience.
