Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Kingfisher Nursing Home in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with the Home Manager to implement policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to infection control policies and procedures.

About the Role:

  • Provide physical, psychological, and social care to residents
  • Support the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures
  • Ensure residents have access to medical, social, and other care workers as required
  • Adhere to infection control policies and procedures
  • Work in line with CQC guidelines, NMC code of conduct, and relevant legislation

About You:

  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Recognised qualification as a Registered General Nurse
  • Valid and current NMC registration and PIN
  • Good written communication skills and ability to lead a team
  • Compassionate and caring nature, positive attitude, and flexible work ethic
