The Role

We are seeking a proactive and compassionate individual to join our team immediately as a Full-Time SEN Support Professional.

  • This role involves supporting students in Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Post-16, providing classroom support to help them access the curriculum and develop essential life skills.
  • You will collaborate with teachers and the school's well-being team to ensure the academic, social, and emotional progress of each student.

Requirements

  • A valid enhanced DBS certificate for both child and adult workforce is required; you can either have one or be willing to obtain it.
  • Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is highly desirable but not essential.
  • You must demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach in a dynamic school environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary for success in this role.
