Job Description: Human Health Project's mission is to provide peer-to-peer health information, education, and support. We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have secondary school completion, 5 years of healthcare experience, critical thinking skills, and proficient experience with G Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend training to learn our patient intake/management system.
  • Assist in the development of our system.
  • Complete monitoring tasks to ensure high-quality services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
  • Commit to a regular schedule to maintain continuity of care.
  • Abide by confidentiality policies at all times.
  • Perform regular check-ins with patient advocates to ensure their needs are met.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
