Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CPN to join our team, providing high-quality patient care and support to adults with mental health needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessments and care planning for adults with mental health needs
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective care and support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and carers
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and interventions
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team
Requirements:
- Current and valid registration with the NMC
- Proven experience within a CPN recovery role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
