Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at DEBRA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our commercial property portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage property occupancy costs and ensure they are optimised
  • Act as the main point of contact for all property-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Undertake site visits to monitor the condition of properties, identify remedial works, plan project works, and assess works in progress
  • Oversee rent reviews, acquisitions, breaks, closures, and lease renewals with a focus on achieving sustainable, long-term agreements that benefit both the charity and tenants
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
  • Proven budget and cost management skills, including preparation and management of cost plans and cost planning techniques
