Job Overview

We are seeking a Property Asset Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Bracknell, Berkshire with some home working optional.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of our property portfolio, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and meet the needs of our beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that our properties are well-maintained and meet the needs of our beneficiaries.
  • Reduce property occupancy costs through effective procurement and negotiation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants and landlords.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in estate management, commercial portfolio management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
