Telesales Opportunity in Bedford

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telesales Executive to join our team in Bedford. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for regaining business by calling customers with lapsed accounts, generating new leads by cold calling prospects and introducing our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regain business by calling customers with lapsed accounts
  • Generate new leads by cold calling prospects and introducing our services
  • Update and enter records into our CRM systems
  • Get to know our product lines to provide the best customer interactions
  • Develop great relationships with new and existing customers
  • Process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated
  • Keep the branch clean and tidy to make a great first impression
  • Suggest opportunities for improvement with colleagues
