Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join our late shift team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC Mills, programming and editing complex programs, and ensuring the quality of finished parts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC Mills with confidence and accuracy
  • Program and edit complex programs from scratch or using Heidenhain controls
  • Run multiple machines simultaneously to maximize productivity
  • Perform daily machine maintenance and ensure parts meet customer requirements
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Adhere to company safety procedures and follow 6S and Lean Manufacturing programs

Requirements

  • Strong background in complex program editing or programming
  • Ability to work with Heidenhain controls
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
