Interaction Recruitment is collaborating with a thriving manufacturing firm seeking to enhance their precision engineering team due to an increase in demand.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and configure CNC milling equipment featuring Heidenhain controls.
• Work with YCM CNC milling machines to fabricate precision components.
• Apply 5th axis expertise for intricate machining operations.
• Ensure all produced work adheres to quality benchmarks and specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine production workflows.

Required Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience as a CNC Machinist in a subcontract manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in operating and programming Heidenhain control systems.
• Familiarity with YCM CNC milling machines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and mechanical skills.
