CNC Miller Wanted for Late Shift Team at Holt Engineering

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join our late shift team on a permanent basis. As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components and assemblies for various industries, including aerospace, medical, and defence.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate and maintain CNC milling machines to produce complex machined components and assemblies
• Program and edit complex CNC programs from scratch or modify existing ones
• Run multiple machines simultaneously to optimize production efficiency
• Perform daily machine maintenance and ensure parts meet customer requirements
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth production and quality control
• Adhere to company safety procedures and follow 6S and Lean Manufacturing programs
• Demonstrate excellent time management, organization, attention to detail, and ability to see a job through from start to finish
