We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Compass Children's Homes. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our children and young people, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. This is a rewarding and challenging role that requires a high level of emotional intelligence, patience, and understanding. As a key member of our staff team, you will be responsible for creating positive relationships with our children and young people, meeting their needs at all times, and working collaboratively with our experienced staff team to ensure that we provide the highest quality care and support. You will also be required to create timetables, set boundaries and expectations for the young people, and provide direct therapeutic work with children where needed.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including generous holiday entitlement, flexible working patterns, and access to our health and wellbeing support platform. Our structured pay-scales and clear career progression paths ensure that you can develop your skills and knowledge, and progress in your career with us. The estimated salary for this position in Manchester would be around £34,000 - £44,000 per annum.
