Job Title: Assessment Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assessment Manager to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our professional institute, you will be responsible for promoting the benefits of membership and overseeing our accreditation and professional practice standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessments: Develop and implement assessment strategies to promote the benefits of membership.
  • Accreditation: Manage our accreditation processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Professional Standards: Oversee the development and implementation of professional practice standards.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Experience with professional accreditation.
  • Proven ability to establish and drive team discussions, to learn from experience, and to improve organisational processes and plans.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain effective networks.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral communications skills, including confidence as a public speaker.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
  • Proven ability to lead, balance a busy workload, and drive several projects at once.
  • UK Current Driving Licence.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience of working for a Chartered body.
  • Experience of managing complaints hearings in a professional body or similar organisation.
  • Experience of working with committees.
  • Experience of working with volunteers.
