We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Calibre8 Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and implementing cost-effective procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible prices

  • Manage and motivate procurement staff to ensure a positive workplace environment

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Procurement or Purchasing Manager position
  • Experience working in a regulated or controlled industry or sector
  • Proven experience of overseeing procurement, contract negotiation, and cost savings
  • Experience with SAP and SalesForce is ideal
  • High level of IT literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office packages to a high level
