About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Business Development Manager to join our European team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our brands on Amazon and other marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive revenue growth on marketplaces across Europe for a portfolio of global brands.
  • Brand Management: Define and implement joint business plans with our brands to create mutually beneficial sales and marketing strategies.
  • Marketplace Representation: Represent our brands across marketplaces through best-in-class product content, including images, enhanced content, keyword SEO, local language translation, and advertising campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of brand performance using multiple data sources and tools to ensure continuous optimization across all touchpoints.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory in collaboration with our merchandisers to maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Client Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with client partners, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Demonstrated success in managing an ecommerce business, with 2-5 years of experience in an ecommerce role.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (written & spoken).
  • Academic Background: Strong academic background (2:1 or above).
  • Marketplace Experience: Previous experience growing brands on marketplaces (Amazon).
  • Skills: Creative thinker and problem solver, highly organized and disciplined, willing to be nimble and adaptable to change, able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively.
