About the Role

LNT Construction Limited, a leading developer of purpose-built residential care homes, is seeking an experienced Town Planner to join its thriving Planning Team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing planning project work, including site appraisals, report preparation, and submission of planning application documentation.

You will work closely with Planning Officers and other stakeholders to negotiate and resolve planning application processes, and participate in Planning Committee and Appeal situations as required.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a deep understanding of planning regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage planning project work, including site appraisals and report preparation
  • Submit planning application documentation and negotiate with Planning Officers
  • Participate in Planning Committee and Appeal situations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Planning role
  • High standards of written and verbal communication
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
