Job Description: Portfolio Development Manager

At TechNET CxO, we are looking for a seasoned Portfolio Development Manager to lead our digital marketing projects and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering results-driven solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage a portfolio of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their business objectives are met.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and excellent client outcomes.
  • Performance Analysis: Prepare and present performance reports, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and optimisation within the client portfolio, driving business expansion and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in managing digital marketing projects or portfolios, preferably in a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Client Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management software such as Trello, Jira, Asana, or similar.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to interpret data, analyse performance, and present actionable insights to clients.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
